How do I change or cancel my Design Consultation?
If you’ve booked an In-Home or Virtual Design Consultation, please check your email details and find the cancel link and the form will direct you. You can also call or email us.
When will I receive a link to my Virtual Design Consultation?
As soon as you complete the form you will get your email with the Zoom link prior to your appointment. If you haven’t received this, please call or email us.
Do I need to book an appointment to view displays in-store?
You don’t need to book any kind of appointment to view our displays in-store. Feel free to come and visit us anytime! Our friendly designers will be more than happy to have a chat with you.
How do I measure my kitchen?

How can I submit my kitchen measurements?
If you haven’t yet booked a Design Consultation with us, you can do so here and submit your measurements when prompted on the booking form.
If you’ve already booked or attended a Design Consultation with us and you’d like to pass your kitchen measurements onto your designer, you can either call or email them to do so.
